Ahoy, Pamela! Thanks for sailing by planDisney with your question. It sounds like you have a
Very Merrytime sailing coming up on the
Disney Wish...what a wonderful way to celebrate the season!
With the growing number of ships in the Disney Cruise Line fleet, the Wish now sails out of
Terminal 10 at Port Canaveral. While I’m most familiar with Terminal 8 (Disney’s dedicated terminal), I did sail from Terminal 10 last year and remember spotting restrooms just before heading through security. To be sure, my friend and fellow panelist
Dustin double-checked using Google Maps and confirmed that there are indeed restrooms located right by the terminal entrance, as well as inside the nearby parking garage.
Once your Port Arrival Time is called, you’ll head into the main building where you’ll find additional restrooms, comfortable seating, and that unmistakable excitement in the air as Guests await their boarding group. A quick tip: try not to arrive much earlier than 15–20 minutes before your scheduled Port Arrival Time, since Disney Cruise Line typically asks Guests to wait if they arrive too early. Also, while Terminal 10 doesn’t have those iconic yellow Mickey ears to walk through, it does feature some fun photo backdrops to capture the start of your magical voyage!
I Ho-Ho-Hope you have a festive time aboard the Disney Wish, Pamela! When I sailed during the holidays last year, the Grand Hall Tree Lighting Ceremony on embarkation night was pure magic and definitely not to be missed. You’ll find all the holiday happenings listed in your
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app once you’re connected to the ship’s Wi-Fi.
Sea ya real soon,
Eean
