As you know, you cannot start booking
Port Adventures and other select Onboard Activities until both your cruise balance is paid in full and your
advance booking window opens. However, once your advance booking window opens, you will be able to choose your desired Port Adventures from the list of available options for each port of call and will select which members of your sailing party will be participating. Some Port Adventures have multiple times to choose from and others are only offered at one designated time. So the short answer is yes, your Port Adventures are confirmed once you have selected the members of your sailing party and a time. You will not receive any type of email confirmation for Port Adventures and no payment is needed at the time of reservation because the costs will be charged to your stateroom account onboard.
In order to verify that you have booked all of the Port Adventures that you want, you can view the “My Plans” section under your reservation and see the daily itinerary. Each day of your sailing will list any advance reservations, including the designated time and the names of all guests booked for that particular activity. You can access the daily itinerary online by clicking on the “Already Booked” tab at the top of the main
website and selecting “Book/Manage Cruise Activities” from the drop-down menu under “My Disney Cruise.” After you login to your MyDisney account, your reservation page will open and there is a tab that says “My Plans” under your cruise information. Alternatively, you can use the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator App to open up your reservation and select “My Plans” from the options at the bottom of the screen.
