Pop or A of A mermaid room? Stayed at Pop in building 2 and music Broadway building. Concerned about distance to main building from mermaid. Anyone know if distances would be comparable? Thanks.

Hi there Jonathan! Thanks for visiting the DIsney Parks Moms Panel with your question! I have stayed at both DIsney's Art of Animation Resort and Disney's Pop Century Resort on past vacations.  I have also been fortunate to receive a tour of Disney's All-Star Music Resort in the past.

In December, I stayed in a Little Mermaid guest room in building 8 and timed the walk to Animation Hall, which took approximately 7- 9 minutes. I found the walk to be quite comparable to when I stayed at DIsney's Pop Century Resort in building 7.  Based on my own personal experience, I would recommend booking a stay at DIsney's Art of Animation Resort in order to experience this amazing new property for yourself! I absolutely love the immersive storybook theming, attention to detail, dedicated bus service, and the really cool BIg Blue Pool. I hope this information helps in making your decision. Please don't hesitate to write me back with any additional questions. Best wishes for a magical trip, Jonathan!
    Happy Planning,
    Jodie
