    We will be at Pop Century 11/11/11 - can you tell me if the "trial" of the new mugs that are only working while your stay at the Pop Century is scheduled has begun. We are debating if we will purchase or not

    Hi Denise! Woohoo! It's almost your vacation time! Disney is indeed testing new processes with their refillable drinking mugs to improve service for guests. We don't know in advance where and when such tests will occur, but no worries for your upcoming trip. Whether or not the new system is being piloted in your resort, the mugs will still work as intended, so no worries. Refillable mugs provide guests with unlimited soft drinks, coffee, tea and hot chocolate at their resort for the duration of their vacation, and this will be available for you, so it should not affect your decision to purchase. You'll still get to enjoy all the beverages you want at a great value!
