The pommel and the emitter to my savi’s workshop lightsaber are impossible to unscrew, what should I do to fix this issue?

Bright Suns, Ben! I'm so glad your droid sent a transmission our way at planDisney.

It sounds like you've previously visited a galaxy far, far away and have spent some time at Savi's Workshop - Handbuilt Lightsabers in Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge. Ben, you truly must be Force-sensitive since this location has been intentionally kept hidden from the prying eyes of the First Order! It sounds like this special cargo has been crafted SO well that the pommel is reluctant to move. Thankfully, Obi-Wan Kenobi isn't your only hope! I'd be happy to help you with this.

If you're unable to remove the pommel, I would recommend using a strap wrench to help loosen it. Many Jedi have had success in using this tool to unscrew a stubborn pommel, which will allow you to change the batteries and ensure that your lightsaber is battle-ready once more. You could also try using a rubber grip to loosen the pommel, but a strap wrench should be the most successful.

If for any reason you encounter any problems while removing your pommel, you can always reach out to a Cast Member by emailing merchandise.guest.services@disneyparks.com who will be happy to help (don't worry, they're a part of the Resistance!).

I hope I was able to help you with your question today, Ben! If anything else pops up, please visit us again. And may the Force be with you!
