    Are the Polynesian ribs at the spirit of aloha dinner, beef or pork?

    Thanks for your question! 

    As it happens, Disney's Spirit of Aloha Dinner Show is the very first restaurant where my family and I had dinner on our first family trip to Walt Disney World. Such great memories for us, and I am sure they will be for you as well!

    The ribs at Disney's spirit of Aloha Dinner Show are pork. They are officially called Polynesian Barbecued Pork Ribs. 

    Being that this dinner show is located in Disney's Polynesian Village Resort, I would recommend arriving early so you can explore this amazing resort. It is just a fun place to walk around. Also, if the ribs do not sound like something you would like, they do serve other foods, including a roasted chicken that I actually preferred to the ribs.
