    Will the Polynesian concierge desk be able to upgrade my 10 day park hopper ticket to an Annual Pass? Or do I have to do it at one of the parks?

    Hi Andy!

    How exciting to be upgrading to an Annual Pass at Walt Disney World.  Welcome to the club.  I LOVE my Annual Pass, not only do I get 365 days of admission to the Most Magical Place on Earth, I get some really great discounts on merchandise, tours and recreational activities.  I hope you enjoy your new purchase as much as I have.

    Unfortunately Andy, you will not be able to upgrade to an Annual Pass at the Concierge Desk.  You will need to visit a Guest Relations window at any of the 4 theme parks, or at Downtown Disney.   Be sure to have at least one full day left on your 10-day Park Hopper ticket when you upgrade.   The process is really simple to complete and will take just a few minutes.  After that you'll be ready to enjoy a whole year of fun.
