    what is the policy on prescription medicine?

    It is wonderful to hear from you with this very important question about your upcoming sailing aboard the most magical cruise line on the high seas! Disney Cruise Line asks that medications be in their original containers and packed in your carry-on luggage. Checked bags are delivered to staterooms throughout the afternoon on embarkation day and collected by 10:30 p.m. on the last night of your enchanted voyage, so it is best if you keep them close just in case you need any of your medications during that time. 

    I noticed your cruise is just around the corner, so I suggest keeping the Disney Cruise Line Packing List handy as you prepare in the coming weeks. The week prior to your vacation may be a bit hectic so the earlier you can start gathering everything you need, the better! Disney Cruise Line allows two suitcases per person and one carry-on so there is plenty of space to pack everything you need for your week with Captain Mickey. I tend to belong to the Overpacker's Club so I love that the beds onboard offer ample storage for everything I bring!
