What are polar patios at Blizzard Beach? Someone told me you have to reserve them

Hi, Carolyn! The Polar Patios are premium spaces that Guests can reserve during their visit to Blizzard Beach.  They can be rented for either a half or a full day.  Check out this Disney Parks Blog article about them! They are so much more than just a reserved spot.  They also include a Cast Member attendant who can take food orders (separate charges for food apply), towels, a cooler with ice, and bottled water. If the Polar Patios aren't in your budget, but you still want a reserved spot, there is another option. You can rent a Lodge Picnic Umbrella, and each of these has two reclining lounge chairs, a table, an umbrella, and towels. If a reserved spot isn't necessary, just do like I do and explore the park and find a location that you love. There are no reservations needed for that, and we always manage to find an oasis that's just right for our needs. Happy planning and have a Magical vacation!
