can you use points for dining plan or just your stay

    Hi Courtney!

Welcome Home! Vacation Points from Disney Vacation Club can only be used to book your accommodations, and cannot be used to pay for meals or other services. You may hear people say that they used their “Disney Points” to pay for meals, but these are not Disney Vacation Club Vacation Points. Many people use the Disney Rewards Visa Card from Chase, and they may be referring to these points. We use this card, and we accumulate Reward Points that can then be put on a Disney Rewards Card that can be used to pay for meals, snacks, souvenirs and many other things at Disney Parks and The Disney Store. There is usually a special link for Disney Vacation Club Members to the Disney Rewards Visa Card from the Member Website. You can even have "Disney Vacation Club" stamped at the bottom of your credit card!

There are many places that do offer discounts on lunch, dinner and snacks to keep Members’ tummies full throughout Disney Parks! Under the Membership Magic tab at the top of DVCMember.com you can find a wealth of information on current benefits, perks and special offers available to Members. I also find that following Disney Vacation Club on Facebook is a good way to keep up-to-date with current Member news.

    Wishing you Membership Magic!
