Ahoy there, Gustav, and Welcome to planDisney!
There are so many things to love about being a
Disney Vacation Club Member, but the flexibility has to be at the top of the list. It is nothing short of magical that we can use our Membership for DVC Resorts,
National Geographic Expeditions,
Adventures by Disney, and, yes,
Disney Cruise Line! Let's set sail for the line where the sea meets the sky on a Disney Cruise.
The first step in using DVC Vacation Points to book a Disney Cruise is exploring the
Point Charts to determine which sailing would work best for your family. Then you can see how many Reservation Points will be required per person. Each Reservation Point is equal to one Vacation Point. When you are ready to book, call
DVC Member Services to assist you in transferring your Vacation Points and securing your reservation. There is a one-time, non-refundable fee for this transfer. Also, be aware that once Vacation Points are transferred to
Reservation Points, they can no longer be used to book DVC Reservations. Additionally, most exchange reservations follow the
Rule of Four, simply meaning you could not book these during the last four months of your Use Year. I hope this helps you find the Disney Cruise of your dreams!
Thank you for visiting planDisney. We are here for all your Disney Vacation Club questions!
Enjoy exploring the big, blue world!
