Hi Monica,
You're going to love dining at
1900 Park Fare! I have the best memories of my family's dinner there. With delicious food and great interactions with some really fun Characters, I think you'll have a great time!
To get to Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa from Disney's Wilderness Lodge, you'll simply take either a bus or boat from Disney's Wilderness Lodge to Magic Kingdom Park. From there, you'll transfer to a boat or Monorail to head to Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa where you'll find 1900 Park Fare inside the main building. When you're ready to head back to your Resort hotel after dinner, you'll simply head back the same way you came. I would be sure to allow plenty of time to travel, and would plan on leaving for dinner 60 - 90 minutes beforehand. If you happen to arrive early for dinner, maybe you'll be lucky enough to catch a performance of the Grand Floridian Society Orchestra or Grand Floridian Lobby Pianist.
I'm not completely sure which parade you're interested in seeing. You'll definitely have plenty of time to enjoy the
Disney Festival of Fantasy Parade at Magic Kingdom Park earlier that afternoon, and if you're interested in catching the
Electrical Water Pageant, you should be able to watch it either from Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa or during your travels back to Disney's Wilderness Lodge. If you're interested in a different parade experience, please feel free to come back and ask me another question and I'd be happy to help!
Thanks so much for visiting us at the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Monica. I hope you have a truly magical vacation!
Missy
