    We have a 9pm reservation at Chef Mickey's. Can we make it back to our room at the Polynesian for the 10pm fireworks?

    Hi Jennifer,

    You're going to enjoy Chef Mickey's character buffet, but you would not enjoy having to eat and run. Adding in the time it takes to catch the monorail back to Disney's Polynesian Resort, you would have about 10 minutes to eat, and you'll miss seeing your favorite Disney friends.  My experience is that character rotation through the restaurant takes about an hour, so you would really not have enough time to get back to your resort. My recommendation is to take all the time you need to enjoy your dinner, take pictures of your family with Mickey Mouse and save the fireworks viewing for another evening.
