have 2pm lunch @ CRT and staying for MVMCP that evening. Any suggestions for dinner? Taking DD5, 1st trip. Probably do not want to miss too much of the Christmas activities. Thanks!! The panel has been a great tool for planning my trip!!

I tend to get very filled up at character meals -- you really get your money's worth on the food. With a late table service character meal lunch, I would probably opt for a lighter, counter service dinner. There are counter service options located throughout the Magic Kingdom. I personally would probably just eat wherever I was when I got hungry if the line seemed short.

If you're looking for more direction than that, my favorite counter service in the Magic Kingdom is the Columbia Harbor House in Liberty Square. There are plenty of options for any palate, but I particularly like the hummus sandwich as a nice change of pace from usual park fare. There is a nice, fairly quiet, air conditioned seating area on the second floor of this restaurant. I find that this is a great place to regroup and relax. Cosmic Ray's Starlight Cafe in Tomorrowland also has lots of indoor seating, but I find this to be more noisy.

If you did want to have another table service meal, I would choose The Plaza, which is located on the castle end of Main Street. There are lighter options such as salads and sandwiches here, plus the location can't be beat.

Have a great time at the party!
