Hey there, Connie!
I am in those same shoes, and I've done all the things that most curvilicious ladies would try at
Walt Disney World. For the most part, they'll find that even the most plus-sized people can fit on the
theme park attractions.
Now let's talk
Avatar Flight of Passage at Disney's Animal Kingdom. For this ride - and some others - it's not really about size, it's more about proportion. If you imagine the position you would be in when you ride a motorcycle, that's sort of how the vehicle is for this attraction. I recommend sliding ALL the way forward, breathe in, and lift up "the girls" as much as you can. The second tricky spot is the calves - those supports can be tight if you have larger calves, but the good thing is that you can try out the test seat outside of the attraction to make sure you're safe and comfortable before having to do the walk of shame.
There's not really a list of ride measurements, but honestly, most rides are a go. As far as body measurements go, my best friend gave me permission to share her sizes for you to compare - she has been able to ride everything with a 42DD chest, 43-inch waist, and a 56-inch hip. She's a size 22, 5'4", and 230 pounds. The only attraction for me, even at my heaviest, that has been a problem was
Seven Dwarfs Mine Train - and that was a knee issue for me. I'm a size 16 and 5'8" tall. You can do this, Connie.
I hope you all have THE BEST time!
Anna
