    I like your overall plans. There are a few days where I am not crazy about the parks you chose (7/30 Magic Kingdom and 8/2 Epcot) only because you are going there on the days where they have morning Extra Magic Hours, which packs the crowds in a bit more than usual.  If you can move those around easily, it would help, but if you already have Advance Dining Reservations at those restaurants, then don't bother changing.

    As for your dining selections, I like them all.

    As for your days to fill on the 4th and 5th, i think that you might be a bit light on Hollywood Studios (because of having so many older kids) and Epcot. I would go to Epcot on the 4th, and Hollywood Studios on the 5th.
