Hi there, Carmela!
Welcome to planDisney, and thanks for stopping by with your question for us.
Three chEARs! Your magical vacation begins so soon! I hope you’re ready to celebrate
Walt Disney World Resort’s 50th Anniversary with all-new firework shows, seeing your favorite pals dressed in their EARidescent best, and trying all the delectable new delights!
Carmela, as you know, Disney Park Pass reservations are required with theme park tickets to enter the theme parks. Although you cannot modify them, you can cancel them to make a new one. I will be happy to go through the steps with you in doing this; however, before we begin, you first need to check the
Theme Park Availability Calendar to ensure the park of your choice is available for the date you’d like to change your park passes for.
Once you’ve made sure there is availability, here is how to cancel your current park pass for 10/10 to Disney’s Hollywood Studios:
-Log into your
My Disney Experience account and scroll down until you see
My Plans, Reservations, and Tickets-Locate the 10/10 date with the park pass to Disney’s Hollywood Studios and select
View Details-Select
Cancel This Reservation-Choose who in your party would like to keep the reservation and who would like to be removed from it.
After you have canceled your current park pass, you can head to
Disney Parks Pass reservations to make your new one for Magic Kingdom Park! The page will ask you to log in, choose your party, date, and theme park, and finally, confirm your reservation! Yay!
If, for some reason, you have trouble with this, please feel free to chat with a Cast Member through your
My Disney Experience Mobile app. To do this, please open up your app, click on the three horizontal lines located on the bottom right corner, and scroll down to select
Chat with a Cast Member. They will be able to look into your account to help you with your park passes.
Have an enchanting visit, Carmela!
