Hello! Could you please tell me what the policy is on the cruise ships for dipping snuff? My husband dips and wasn't sure if he would be allowed to bring tobacco on board. Is there a designated area on the ship as well as in the terminal for this? Thanks!!

    Welcome back, Mary!

I checked with Disney Cruise Line about your question, as I wasn't aware of policies regarding chewing tobacco onboard the ships. I found out that there are not currently any policies preventing the use of chewing tobacco onboard. I would suggest that he stop by Guest Services when he first boards the ship to confirm any other details they might be able to provide.

While there are not officially spots designated for the use of chewing tobacco in the port terminal or on the ship, there are a variety of designated smoking areas. Your husband might consider using his chewing tobacco in those smoking areas. As long as he uses the same courtesies and etiquette expected of a smoker on the ship, I don't foresee any problems.

I hope that helps answer your question, Mary. Good luck as you continue to make plans for your cruise! I'm happy to help with any other questions that you might have!
