Hello Sandra,
Thanks so much for your question!
Memory Maker is a fantastic new service that makes it easier than ever to capture all your vacation photos in one place. I was able to try Memory Maker in December and absolutely loved it. There are literally hundreds of locations throughout Walt Disney World where you can get your photo taken by Disney PhotoPass photographers, including some of the attractions and dining spots. Those photos are then added to your Memory Maker account and you have immediate access to view, share and download them all as many times as you'd like. When you get home, you can save the digital files in any way you’d like, including saving them right to your computer or burning them onto a disc.
You also have the option of purchasing the Memory Maker Archive Disc through the
Disney PhotoPass site after your vacation. This is not included in the price of Memory Maker and the current cost of the Memory Maker Archive Disc is about $30. Look for this under "Products" on the site.
If you plan to purchase Memory Maker, I'd recommend doing that at least 3 days in advance, which will save you a bit off the purchase price and ensure you don't miss a single vacation photo during your trip. Also, you'll want to be sure everyone in your travel group is linked to your Family & Friends list in your
My Disney Experience account and that you're all giving each other permission to view and purchase your PhotoPass photos. Even if you're not together when the photos are taken, you should still see them all when you log in.
I hope that helps answer your question, but please let us know if we can help with anything else.
Beth
