Hi Lindsay! Thank you for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.
I'm glad to hear you made good use of your
Memory Maker purchase. While it is never fun to leave
"The Most Magical Place on Earth", I love to have so many photos to remind me of all my great Walt Disney World vacation memories.
Downloading each photo individually can be very time-consuming! There is a way to download them all at once, but it is a little tricky to find. I walked myself through the process of downloading my own
Disney PhotoPass photos so I could give you step-by-step instructions.
First, log in to your account on the
Disney PhotoPass website. You can also access your photos from the main
Walt Disney World website by selecting "My Photos" from the
My Disney Experience drop-down menu on the upper right. Once you are viewing your photos,
hover your mouse over any photo. You should see a gray circle with a checkmark in the upper right corner of the photo. Click on the
checkmark (not the photo) so it turns green. Now you should see a blue download button in the upper right corner of your screen. Just underneath the download button is a small box with the words "Select all visible media". When you check this box, you will see green checkmarks on all your photos and can then press the download button to download all your photos at once. If you prefer, you can continue to select individual photos for downloading by clicking on the checkmarks rather than checking the box to select all media. It's tricky because the download button does not appear until you have selected at least one photo.
If you have any additional questions, please feel free to write us back, or
give the helpful Disney PhotoPass Cast Members a call at (407) 560-4300.
Enjoy all your magical memories!
