Hi, can you please tell me which dinner time is better so see the Theatre shows? We booked the 2016 Panama Canal Cruise and I don't want to miss them. Thank you!

    Ahoy, Tanja!

Good news! No matter which dinner seating you choose, there will be a Broadway style show for you! The shows on the Disney Cruise Line ships are run twice each evening, to ensure that both dinner seatings have the opportunity to attend the show.

If you choose early dinner, you will eat in the Main Dining Rooms at 5:45pm. Then, after a short break between the first and second dinner seating, you can attend the nighttime show at 8:30pm.

In our experience, we prefer the later dinner seating, which is 8pm. Then, we attend the early show at 6:15pm. I like the later dinner simply for the fact that I don't feel rushed to get ready for dinner and I don't feel rushed while I'm at dinner.

I will highly recommend that while you are on your Panama Canal cruise that you take advantage of the Adult Exclusive restaurant, Palo. One of my DO NOT MISS items on every Disney Cruise is Palo Brunch. I absolutely love it! It is usually offered on days at sea (which you will have plenty). Sitting with my champagne, looking at the ocean, and eating the delicious food can't be beat.

I hope you have an amazing time going through the Panama Canal on the Disney Wonder.

    Happy Cruising, Tracy V.
