    Please tell me who builds the Murphy bed/couch for Disney Springs. I would love one for my house.

    Welcome to planDisney, Kate!  We are glad you brought your question to us.

    Aren't the Murphy-style couch/beds the niftiest things?  Such an innovative space saver.  They take just seconds to pull down and put away, and you don't have to worry about storing the sofa cushions -- they just fold down with the bed.  These fantastic couch beds have been installed in Deluxe Villas at Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa and Disney's Riviera Resort, and have also been popping up (and pulling down) at newly renovated Deluxe Villas at other resorts as well. Disney's Pop Century Resort and All-Star Resorts use similar technology with the Table Beds.  The best part is, both the table/bed and couch/bed combos include a regular premium mattress!  Soooo much more comfortable than typical sofabeds.

    While the exact models in Disney Resort Hotel rooms are custom-designed, I think you might find what you are looking for from a company called Inova.  (Type "Inova Bed" into your search engine.)  While this company primarily manufactures furniture for the hospitality industry, they do also sell some residential products, including Sofa-WallBeds and TableBeds.  I have also seen InovaBed products and similar Murphy couch/bed combos online at Wayfair.
