Hi, could you please tell me a bit more about the memory maker. We will be at WDW for about 9 days and I do like to purchase photos. However, I like to add finishing touches to them. Also, I live in the U.K. so do I collect the cd before I leave? Thanks.

Welcome to the Disney Parks Mom Panel, Jo!

I definitely recommend buying Walt Disney World's New Memory Maker photo package. The process for using Memory Maker is quite simply:

    • Buy Memory Maker online. If you buy it more than 3 days in advance you will receive a $50 discount off the regular price.
    • Link the 12-digit code from the back of the Memory Maker card you will receive to your My Disney Experience account. This will also link Memory Maker to your MagicBands. If you do not have a MagicBand you will show the card to the PhotoPass photographers so the pictures will be loaded into your account. If you have several people in your party you can get extra PhotoPass cards from any PhotoPass photographer and link those numbers as well.
    • After you have returned from your vacation you can log into your My Disney Experience account where you will be able to view, customize and downloaded the pictures directly to your own computer.

I hope this helps with your planning. If you have any other questions please come back and see me.

Wishing you a magical Disney vacation and a pixie-dusted day!
