    Please could you tell me if we're allowed to take selfies with the characters when we meet them? This time we would like our photos to look different to our previous visits. Thank you.

    Hi Jill,

    My family loves to take pictures with the characters! We love to look for our favorite characters or find the characters dressed up for the holidays or special events!

    You are allowed to take pictures with the characters on your phone or camera. While selfies are fine, the cast members who are with the characters will gladly take your photo. In addition, the PhotoPass photographer will be snapping photos as well. You can grab a PhotoPass card or add it to your MagicBand. No purchase is necessary to take advantage of PhotoPass. You can review pictures in your My Disney Experience and purchase individual photos you like. Or you can purchase Memory Maker to have all of your pictures with the characters, throughout the parks, on attractions or select dining experiences.

    You will need to leave the selfie stick at home as they are not allowed in any of the parks.
