    Can you please name a few places in the Disney World parks where I can get dairy/egg/peanut free desserts for my daughter? She is 4 and loves dairy free sherberts and cupcakes so that is what I am specifically looking for.

    Hi Maureen,

    One of the things I love about the Walt Disney World Resorts is the way they handle guests with dietary needs. My youngest daughter is allergic to shellfish and we have never had an issue - even when dining at a clam bake. 

    I would email the cast at special diets and ask them for some assistance. With new offerings at restaurants, this team would have the most accurate information about where to get a dessert your daughter could enjoy. Their email is special.diets@disneyworld.com. You should email them no less than 14 days prior to your arrival.

    In addition, you should note your daughter's allergies on your reservation so that the table service restaurants are aware of her needs. You can also ask for a chef at counter service restaurants in case you have questions.
