Hi Karina,
It’s good to see you again here at planDisney! Thanks for navigating here with your questions about your upcoming
Disney Cruise Line holiday.
I just took a look at the
proposed itinerary for your cruise. What a wonderful time you are going to have aboard the
Disney Wonder! Good news, at this time,
Pirate Night is scheduled to take place on your cruise. You have the option of dressing like a swashbuckling buccaneer or keeping it simple and using the complimentary pirate-themed bandana you will receive in your stateroom. How much of a pirate’s life you want to live that evening is up to you!
Now, it appears that you will not have a designated “Formal Night” on your cruise. Of course, that does not mean that you can’t dress up for dinner, particularly on New Year’s Eve! One of the things I love about a Disney Cruise is being able to
dress in a way that is comfortable for you (though swimsuits and tank tops are not permitted at
Rotational Dining venues). My crew loves to dress to fit the theme of our dining location. For instance, at
Tiana’s Place, we might dress in a way that reflects our favorite The Princess and the Frog Character. It’s a fun way to be a part of the story.
To confirm your Rotational Dining schedule and which night you should expect Pirate Night, check your
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app when you board the ship.
Karina, I hope this information is helpful to you. Once again, please write back with other questions you might have. We love to help fellow Guests have a magical vacation!
Hope to see you real soon,
Shannon
