Please help we have tickets purchased in December 2019. Had reservation for June 2020 but of course with Covid we had to cancel. How do I get these tickets purchased to use in March. We have reservations at the Dolphin already 5 through the 12. Thanks,

Welcome to planDisney, Jacqueline! You are going to have a wonderful time during your visit to the Walt Disney World Resort this Spring! Thanks for sending us your question.

You will be able to get a credit for those unused theme park tickets, so please don’t worry!

To get those expired tickets back on your My Disney Experience account, send an email to WDW Guest Services- Ticket Usage at ticket.usage@DisneyWorld.com including the following items:

-Make sure to include a copy of the front and back of your tickets (if you don’t have a hard copy of your tickets, include the confirmation numbers you received in an email when you purchased the tickets.)

    -Include your name

-Daytime telephone number where you can be reached

-Where and when the ticket was purchased

    -Purchaser’s name

    -Form of payment used

Explain your situation in the email and within a few days, a Cast Member will reach out to you. Disney will send you a new confirmation number. Just link that number to your My Disney Experience account and you will be able to make your Disney Park Pass Reservations for your March visit!

Jacqueline, I hope this information is helpful. Feel free to come back to see us if you have any more planning questions!

    Have a magical visit!
