Hello Joel,
You have come to the right place with this question! I consider myself an expert EPCOT World Showcase Traveler and know my way around the beverage menu. In the words of Ursula, "My dear sweet child, that's what I do. It's what I live for!" Let's dive into the details!
First and foremost, I'd love to commend you for planning for what I'm sure will be a very special surprise. "Acts of Service" is my love language so I know your fiance will be thrilled about you taking the time and effort to create magical moments for her.
2025 Vacation Packages are already available for booking but you still have plenty of time to research. I love visiting during the EPCOT International Festival of the Arts in January and February, but you'll find plenty of incredible food, beverages and entertainment awaiting all year. If you're looking to visit when the parks are in full bloom consider traveling during EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival. This year it runs from February 28- May 27. After that, the EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival is the lengthiest option typically running from summer through fall, and often features the most locations to try global cuisine.
You'll find resort accommodations to suit every taste and budget, but I'd recommend Disney's Beach Club Resort or Disney's BoardWalk Inn for their proximity to EPCOT International Gateway. You'll appreciate being a very short walk away after a few laps around World Showcase and there is plenty of nightlife waiting for you on Disney's BoardWalk, too. Jellyrolls, a dueling piano bar, is a personal favorite. I recommend keeping an eye on the Special Offers page to see if any offers work for your travel dates.
Once you've secured resort accommodations and theme park tickets my best advice is to pace yourself as you sample the adult beverage offerings. There is always much debate about starting your tour at the Mexico Pavilion vs. beginning in Canada. While there is no wrong answer, I'm going to share my game plan based on entering the park from the back International Gateway entrance. Get ready and be sure to have plenty of water as you tackle my top recommendations!

- Italy- Wine from the cart near La Bottega Italiana

You'll find plenty of other options as you travel World Showcase in addition to many seasonal food and beverages in other areas of the parks. If you need more planning guidance please feel free to come back and
ask me directly. I'm always happy to help!
Magic and memories,
Amy
