Please help me .. I have 4 day 4 park Florida resident ticket and I have used 3 days last year and 1 Day is unused...last time in December when I visited I have been told that it is valid till dec 2019...now my pass is expired..how can I redeem the day??

Hello, Pooja, and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

Unfortunately, I don’t have a clear-cut answer for you on this one. If your ticket was purchased prior to October 16, 2018, it may have a different expiration policy than ones purchased after that date. With the implementation of Walt Disney World Resort’s new date-based ticket policy, tickets generally expire within 14 days of first use. Some tickets (such as ones purchased prior to the date-based tickets implementation or ones like the current Florida resident offer) have different expiration windows.

I would suggest reaching out to a Cast Member at the Existing Tickets helpline to see if perhaps they can find an answer for you. Without access to the date of purchase and exact type of ticket, I’m afraid that’s the best answer I can offer.

Please make sure you check out all of the current amazing offers for Florida residents, though, Pooja! There are some awesome deals available on Theme Park tickets, Water Park tickets and Walt Disney World Resort hotel stays.

In the meantime, please let us know if you have any other questions we can answer. Have a magical day!
