Oh boy, Alexandra! Thanks for reaching out to the planDisney team. One of my favorite Disney movies is
Inside Out; your situation reminds me of the emotions in Riley's head. I'm guessing your red Anger emotion may be the one dominating your thoughts right now. Let's bring some Joy back to your life!
Normally, Guests can modify their ticket start dates through their
My Disney Experience account; however, because the start date was earlier this week, it will not allow for it to be changed online. While no refunds are issued for expired theme park tickets, you can use the amount paid for your original unused tickets toward purchasing new ones. Unfortunately, the only available option is to contact Disney Travel Operations, and a Cast Member there will be able to assist you with changing the tickets; you can reach them at (407) 560-CHAT (2428), seven days a week. If that line is busy, try the
Ticketing Team (407) 939-7679. As soon as you get your new tickets linked to your account, make sure to grab those
Park Pass Reservations.
I know this is not the magical answer you were hoping to hear, Alexandra. My suggestion is to call as soon as they open the phone lines at 7:00 AM Eastern Time. You will still probably incur a wait, but it will be much shorter. If evenings are a better time to call, they will answer calls until 11:00 PM EST. I spend many of my days on hold, so I press the speaker button, listen to the lovely Disney music, and go about my day while I wait. I'm sending some pixie dust your way!
After all that work, you deserve something fun! I recommend researching the
Outdoor Kitchens and snacking options at the
EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival because food always puts me in a good mood. Last year, I enjoyed the Avocado Toast from the Sunshine Griddle booth, and I'm glad to see it's returning! And getting the Frozen Desert Violet Lemonade at Pineapple Promenade should be a must-do on everyone's list!
If there's anything else you need, Alexandra, please write me back. Good luck and have a magical vacation!
