Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Constance!
It sounds like you are making final preparations for your upcoming visit to Walt Disney World Resort, and I'm glad you stopped by to clarify the rules regarding strollers.
In order to improve Guest flow and ease congestion in the theme parks, some
updates have been made to the
Walt Disney World Property Rules. Currently, the maximum allowed stroller size is 31 inches wide by 52 inches long. As you mentioned, many strollers, including side-by-side double strollers, do fit within those dimensions.
As long as your stroller does not exceed the above dimensions, you are welcome to bring it. You can check the dimensions for your model in your stroller manual or on the manufacturer's website, or an easy way to measure your stroller on your own is to box out the allowed dimensions on the floor with tape, and roll your stroller into the box to ensure all parts fit wholly within those dimensions.
If it turns out your stroller is too large to bring, stroller rentals are available at the theme parks and
Disney Springs, or through many third-party companies that offer baby equipment rental in the Orlando area. ScooterBug is the Disney Featured Provider. You'll find a link to their website on the
stroller rental page where you can view the available models.
I hope that helps! Please visit the Moms Panel again with any additional questions you might have. Enjoy your time at Walt Disney World Resort!
