Hey there, Jennifer!
From all of us at planDisney, we wish you a warm welcome! How wonderful that you have an upcoming visit to the Disneyland Resort! The official beginning of the
Holiday Season will be November 10, 2023, so you will be able to see all the beautiful decorations that go up at that time of year. The
Cast Members really do a stellar job of making absolutely everything look so festive. At that time, Disneyland Park's nighttime spectacular will be
"Believe...In Holiday Magic" Fireworks and it is incredibly moving. You might even see it snow if you view the show from
“it’s a small world” Holiday or the
Main Street, U.S.A. area!
I'm so happy that you were able to secure a reservation at the
Blue Bayou Restaurant. That is an incredibly popular venue and can be difficult to book. My favorite attraction, Pirates of the Caribbean, runs through the restaurant and gives it a wonderful ambiance. In regards to your question, you might be referring to the
Fantasmic! Dining Packages that used to be offered there but, with the nighttime spectacular currently on hiatus, these are no longer available. I'm sorry if that wasn't the answer for which you were hoping.
If you are interested in a reserved viewing spot for fireworks, I would recommend that you keep checking the
Dining Events page for anything that might interest you. Currently, the Halloween Screams nighttime spectacular is being shown and Dining Packages may be reserved at the
Plaza Inn or
Tomorrowland Skyline Terrace. These are both very different experiences. The Plaza Inn package gives you a voucher after your meal which you redeem later for a reserved fireworks viewing spot whereas booking a Skyline Terrace package reserves you a table on the terrace from which you may view fireworks (if offered that evening). Specific packages for "Believe...In Holiday Magic" have not yet been announced. Finally, Guests on a
Disneyland Resort VIP Tour also receive reserved viewing locations as well.
I'm really excited for you to see the Happiest Place on Earth all
decked out for the Holidays! It's even become an annual Holiday tradition for my sister's family to visit and treat their kids to some Disney Magic! Be sure not to miss the
Festive Foods Marketplace over at Disney California Adventure because they'll have some delicious offerings there as well.
Jennifer, that was a lot of information but I hope you found it helpful. If there's anything else we can do to help you plan your Holiday visit, please stop by again anytime! You're always welcome at planDisney. Until next time!
Wishing You a Great, Big, Beautiful Tomorrow!
