Please explain when the dining plan begins/gets activated/ends. Can we begin using our meal/snack credits as soon as we arrive and checkin? Do unused credits disappear the day we depart (use them or lose them) since credits are per person/per night?

    Hi there Jennifer!

It's always great to assist a fellow Georgian!  You will be able to use your Disney Dining Plan entitlements beginning after check-in to your Disney Resort hotel.  You will retain all of your resort privileges, including the Disney Dining Plan, until midnight on the day of check-out.  You will lose any unused credits after midnight on the day of check-out. If you have any remaining snack credits, I would recommend redeeming those for items that you can enjoy on the way home or that will keep for a few days. Follow the link I have provided to learn more about the 2016 Disney Dining Plan.

I hope this information is helpful to you. Please don't hesitate to reach out again with any additional questions that you may have. Best wishes for a magical trip, Jennifer!

    Happy Planning,
    Jodie
