Greetings, Oliver, and thank you for stopping by planDisney. You'll be traveling across the pond for a
Walt Disney World Resort adventure in a few weeks, so let's look at the best ways to communicate with your Disney Resort Hotel before you arrive. We may not talk about Bruno, but we can certainly discuss your Disney vacation!
Direct contact with Disney resorts can be trickier than it sounds due to the volume of guests staying onsite. But never fear; I have some ideas for contacting friendly Cast Members who can help. At Disney, it's like we're all part of the Family Madrigal.
Your best option is to contact the Help Center via email by completing the "
Send us a Question" form on the website. These questions are routed to the appropriate departments, and I received an answer in about a week when I used this service. My tip is to provide as many details as possible in the form's "Your Question" section.
You can call the
Disney Resort Hotel Reservation line if the matter needs immediate attention. While this line isn't directly to Disney's Coronado Springs Resort, the helpful Cast Members should be able to make notes in your reservation or contact the resort on your behalf.
Finally, depending on the urgency, you could place an international call to the
US number listed on the website for this resort. Phone rates will apply, of course, but it's an option to consider.
I have exciting news if you're heading to
Disney Springs during your trip. You can watch the new
Disney Dreams That Soar drone light show! This 10-minute experience flies high in the sky with scenes and characters from your favorite films. I heard there are hundreds of drones overhead! I can't wait to watch this nighttime show with my family.
Oliver, before I fade to black, I want to wish you safe travels and a magical visit. As they sing in Encanto, "No clouds allowed in the sky!" Please
stop by planDisney anytime.
Magic awaits,
Elaine
