    Does The Plaza rest only accept reservations or do they accept walk ins? Also, what time do most restaurants start their dinner service?

    Hi Marsha!

    Thank you for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I love the elegant setting of the The Plaza Restaurant just steps away from some of my favorite Walt Disney World attractions!

    The Plaza Restaurant does accept walk ups, but a reservation is highly recommended! You can begin reservations up to 180 days before your arrival. While there have been times I've been able to walk up and be seated fairly quickly, there are times, especially during the holidays, where they will stop taking walk ups at certain points in the day. If you have your heart set on the delicious fare they offer at The Plaza Restaurant, I'd recommend making a reservation so you don't miss out! 

    Specific to The Plaza Restaurant, they serve dinner from 3:00-9:30 PM. For others, like Be Our Guest Restaurant and Cinderella's Royal Table, the dinner service begins at 4:00 PM. If you visit the Walt Disney World Dining page and click on any of the restaurants on the right hand side under the blue box to check availability, you'll see hours listed for each of the service types.
