I am playing a trip to Disney World (magic kingdom) for one day on 01/05/2012), would the VIP tour be worth the cost? It will be 3 adults and my 4yr old daughter.

To be honest, everyone I've ever talked to who have had a VIP guide through Walt Disney World LOVE it! Only rave reviews are found about the experience. If it doesn't strain your budget, then Go For It!!

However, I absolutely believe that the tour guide is not a necessity - especially when visiting during a lower crowd time of year. Simply arrive as early as possible (at park opening if possible), plan your day to hit your most important rides first, and then take your time touring for the rest of the day. By arriving early you'll be able to beat most of the crowds. And, by hitting your "must-do's" first, the rest of your day is less stressful and can be a bonus.

    Hope this helps!
