Ahoy, Delaney, and welcome to planDisney!
It looks like we have something in common: We both love sailing with Disney Cruise Line! I don’t blame you for wanting to pick your Port Arrival Time as soon as possible. It’s a great perk for Castaway Club Members!
As an honored Platinum Castaway Club Member, you can select your Port Arrival Time and complete online check-in at the stroke of midnight on February 4 (38 days before sailing). It looks like your
window opened on November 14 to pre-book activities. Don’t forget to take advantage of my favorite Platinum benefit complimentary dinner at
Palo. My go-to entrée for brunch is the mouthwatering parmesan-crusted chicken breast served with creamy risotto. It’s delicious! You can find all the
important booking dates on your reservation page under “Cruise Activities” and “Online Check-In.”
Delaney, I just sailed from Disney’s newest cruise terminal,
Port Everglades, and have a few suggestions if you’re driving to the port. Before you’re allowed to enter the port area, you’ll have to show your cruise confirmation and a photo ID to the port authorities. The Disney Dream sails from terminal four. Parking is a bit different from Port Canaveral. You’ll receive a parking ticket when you enter the parking garage. Keep this ticket handy because you’ll need it twice – to pay for parking at one of the convenient payment kiosks and to leave the terminal.
I hope you have the most magical time at sea! Please stop by again with any additional questions. We are always happy to lend a helping hand.
SEAS the adventure!
