Jennifer from OH Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

What plant based options are available at Cinderella’s Royal Table for breakfast, lunch, or dinner? We do not eat meat, seafood, or eggs (with the exception of dessert items).

Royal greetings, Queen Jennifer, and welcome to planDisney! Your Walt Disney World Resort visit this spring will surely be fit for a princess, so I can't think of a more regal spot to dine than Cinderella's Royal Table. My family eats a plant-based diet, and we enjoyed a delicious lunch at this signature dining experience last year, so let's see what the current offerings are.

Keep in mind that menu items are subject to change and often do. No matter the specific dish, I've found that Walt Disney World does an excellent job of providing options for plant-based guests. Items are typically marked "plant-based" at the end of their description, so you know that the dish will be meat and dairy-free. My tip is also to let your server know your dietary needs; they will almost always have an off-menu suggestion or two. Since Cinderella's Royal Table has a limited menu and is prix fixe, you might have fewer options, but let's look.

The current menu lists Avocado Toast as the plant-based breakfast option. A friend just had this and said it was topped with veggies, plant-based eggs, and non-dairy cheese. For lunch and dinner, there's Parisian Gnocchi which comes loaded with seasonal vegetables. This one isn't marked plant-based, so I'd double-check with your server. They might have to make a substitution for it to be entirely plant-based.

And don't miss the Coffee Pot de Crème for dessert. This chocolate and espresso treat was the perfect ending to my magical meal. But the main attraction of this experience is the ambiance. My husband and I enjoy being seated near the windows overlooking Fantasyland for the best view in the kingdom. And when their royal highnesses come by to chat, it's like a wish coming true.

One final tip is to check your My Disney Experience mobile app for quick service plant-based options. Pull up a menu and sort by the plant icon to see plant-based items available at that location. Mobile Food & Beverage Ordering is so easy! It's been months since I have waited in line to order food.

Jennifer, I hope your May visit is full of sparkling tiaras and no pumpkins...unless they're in a tasty plant-based soup! Please stop by planDisney anytime.

    Magic awaits,
    Elaine
