Walt Disney World Resort! I’m happy to help you figure out how to use those
theme park tickets you purchased last year.
It takes a few steps, but you will absolutely be able to take advantage of your unused tickets. You should send an email to WDW Guest Services-Ticket Usage at
ticket.usage@DisneyWorld.com including the following items:
-Make sure to include a copy of the front and back of your tickets (if you don’t have a hard copy of your tickets, include the confirmation numbers you received in an email when you purchased the tickets.)
-Include your name
-Daytime telephone number where you can be reached
-Where and when the ticket was purchased
-Purchaser’s name
-Form of payment used
Explain your situation in the email and within a few days, a Cast Member will reach out to you to send you a new confirmation number. Just link that number to your
My Disney Experience account and just like magic, you can go ahead and assign those tickets to start planning your next
magical visit!
