Are there any plans on bringing the food plans back to the Disney vacation packages?

    Heigh-Ho Carol,

Welcome to planDisney, we are a panel of Guests happily assisting our Fellow Guests with curiouser and curiouser inquiries they may have while planning their Practically Perfect Vacation. Guests are anxiously awaiting the return of the Disney Dining Plan. At the moment all we know is the Disney Park Blog announced, at the end of June, the Disney Dining Plan Package will return at a later date but they are not ready to share an update on the timing for this Guest Favorite. My advice is to keep an EAR out for further updates by following the Disney Parks Blog for the latest announcements. When it becomes available and if you have a Walt Disney World Resort vacation package or a Walt Disney World Resort room reservation, in the past, you could add the Disney Dining Plan 48 hours prior to your arrival. Simply call your Travel Agent to include it with your reservation or call (407) 939-1936 and speak to a Cast Member who will happily accommodate your delicious request.

Between now and your arrival check out our Instagram (@planDisneypanel) and Panel Extras for more vacation planning tips. And get ready to enjoy all the festivities for Walt Disney World's 50th Anniversary, you are sure to create many magical and memorable moments to last a lifetime.

    Have a Magical Day,

    Amy M.

Meet the Panelist: Amy, Virginia

I am a Dreamer who has always believed dreams are meant to be the path to your future. Walt Disney, I believe, felt the same way, "All our dreams can come true, if we have the courage to pursue them." Disney has always been proof that endless imagination and the passion to make them come to fruition is possible. I will never be to old for Disney, it is home to all of us Dreamers.
