I am plannng on visiting WDW for 5 days w/ the Magic Your Way Package (the 4 day base ticket 1 theme park per day), my ? is, how can I visit The Magic Kingdom twice on 2 separate days& what about admission to Downtown Disney b/c it's not included at

There is no admission required for Downtown Disney. You don't need any sort of ticket at all to shop or dine there, just go and have a great time.

With a four day basic park ticket, you have four one-day admissions to any of the four major Disney theme parks. You can use those admissions in any way you like: all four days at the Magic Kingdom, two days at Epcot and two days at the Animal Kingdom, one day at each of the four parks. You get the idea. So, with a four day ticket, you could certainly visit the Magic Kingdom on two separate days. If you do this, you would only be able to visit two of the remaining three theme parks.

To visit more than one park during a single day, you would need to add the Park Hopper option to your base ticket. To visit all four theme parks once, plus an additional day at the Magic Kingdom, you would need to add a day to your base ticket, giving you a five day ticket.
