    We are planning to come to WDW November 2-9, 2012. When can I expect to see the special offers for that time period, like free dining, etc? It seems like that has become pretty standard? Do you think we can count on that?

    How exciting that you will be visiting the "Happiest Place on Earth" this November, Kristen!  Unfortunately, there is no guarantee that Disney will offer the Free Dining Promotion in November.  If Disney does offer the Free Dining Promotion again in November, there is no real way to predict when that announcement will be made.  In 2010, November dates for the Free Dining Promotion were announced in July and last year they were not announced until August.  Currently, there is a Free Dining Promotion that ends September 29, 2012. I would recommend checking the Special Offers page periodically to see if any announcements have been made. Follow the link I have provided to view the official Special Offers page. You can always book a Room Reservation at your resort of choice and then modify your reservation if the Free Dining Promotion does become available. That way you are guaranteed a room at your resort of choice.
