I am planning to come to disney on dec 25-31, coming with 6 year old and 10 month old, will this be too busy of a time for the baby?

Hi, Kim!  I will tell you right up front that you are going to Walt Disney World at the absolute busiest time of the year.  The parks will be crowded, the restaurants will be packed (make sure you make all of your advanced dining reservations as close to your 90 day mark as you can), and the hotels are likely to be full.

Having said that, I think the baby will be just fine.  The good thing about being small and portable like that is that babies are used to just being picked up and carted about.  They don't know how long the lines are or how hard it is to get a last minute dinner reservation.  Just make sure you have plenty of diapers, a couple of changes of clothes, and whatever you may need for meal time.

I also like to keep a few things in my backpack that will help with my two younger daughters.  You can bring snacks, drinks, and little games or toys that will help pass the time in line.

It really is a wonderful place to spend Christmas, just go with the expectation that it will be crowded, but you'll manage just fine!
