Hello! I am planning a week long trip in the middle of February 2024 to visit Disneyland with my family. I was wondering when dates will open up so I can book our resort stay and purchase tickets?

    Hiya Brandi!

Welcome to planDisney and thanks for bringing your question to us! I'm thrilled to hear that you're going to be planning a trip to the Disneyland Resort early next year. It's great that you're thinking ahead and preparing in advance.

Currently, the Disneyland website is showing bookings until the end of 2023. I'm afraid that I don't have any knowledge on when reservations will become available for next year. If history is any precedent, bookings opened up last year in August, so I would recommend checking back over the summer. Also, be sure to follow the Disney Parks Blog for any announcements and to keep up to date on the latest news. I'm sure you'll have plenty of time to purchase your tickets and make your reservations.

When you are ready to book, head over to Disneyland Resort Vacation Packages to pick your Resort. You can't go wrong with any of them, but my favorite is the Disneyland Hotel because I'm such a huge fan of the history of Disneyland Park. Also, Disney's Paradise Pier Hotel is currently being transformed into the Pixar Pier Hotel, so there are some exciting changes headed our way!

Brandi, I hope that was helpful for you and that you are able to plan the trip of your dreams! I'm sure your family will appreciate you planning their vacation for them, but if you need any help from us at planDisney, feel free to write back anytime!

Wishing You a Great, Big, Beautiful Tomorrow!

Meet the Panelist: Al, California

Ahoy there from the heart of Steinbeck Country in central California! I've been visiting the Disneyland Resort since childhood and fell in love with the sense of absolute immersion that the Imagineers have achieved. My favorite attraction is Pirates of the Caribbean because where else can you go from a California day to an evening boat ride in the bayou with "salty old pirates"? I'm a veterinarian and an all-around Disney geek and enthusiast. I'd love to help you plan your next Disneyland trip! Learn More About Al
