We are planning on going to WDW the week of march 15th. I heard the crowds are unbearable but the weather is nice. Is this a good time to go or is summer better? Also is it warm enough for the water parks and a beach trip ? Thanks!!! You guys are the BEST!

    Hi Omar,

You will be in the midst of spring break season at Walt Disney World so you will have slightly higher crowds especially if it is around the Easter holiday. You are right about the weather as it will be cooler than the summer but a cold spell could happen. My mother-in-law still talks about the cold spell in March that had castmembers bringing sweatshirts in by the boxes without regard to looking neat in spiffy.

The summer is going to be hot but Disney does do a good job of keeping you cool with air conditioning and pools. The water parks are fun and you can definitely head to the beach. However, depending on when you will be in the House of the Mouse, you could face the same size crowds.

Look for hotel rates for next year at the resorts to be available in September of this year.

    Have a magical trip!
