Hello, Lorrie!
I'm happy to see that you are planning your dining reservations in advance, as it really helps to have a good plan in place before the 180 day reservation window opens up. If your girls are big Disney Princess fans, I highly recommend making one or more of these reservations first:
- Cinderella's Royal Table
- Be Our Guest Restaurant (not a character dining location, but the castle setting is so beautiful!)
- Akershus Royal Banquet Hall
One of the most "fun" dining experiences for families is the Polynesian-inspired dinner at
'Ohana. This fun-filled evening offers storytelling, family games and even island music to dance to as you enjoy a savory feast. Please note that dinner at 'Ohana is not a character dining experience.
Additionally, pre-park opening breakfast reservations at the theme parks are highly sought after because they allow guests to enter the parks before they are open to the public. You may be able to snap a few pictures in front of the park icons, like Cinderella Castle, as you make your way to your dining location. You can see a list of all the
character dining locations at each of the theme parks on the official Walt Disney World dining page.
I hope you and your family make many magical memories on your Walt Disney World vacation, Lorrie! If you have any other questions about dining before your vacation, please do not hesitate to stop back by the Moms Panel. We'd love to hEAR from you!
