Hi...We are planning a WDW trip 11/26-12/12 '08 and will be bringing my mother. We are going to rent a EVC and read that the Disney buses can accommodate them. My question is will the drivers allow someone else load them on the bus she doesn't know how.

    Hi Theresa,

This is a good question.  My mother and mother-in-law both rent EVCs in Disney but only at the parks.  I think navigating them on and off the bus might be too much for them or the other guests around them to handle.

The drivers can not drive the EVC onto the bus however you or your husband could do that for your mom.  I have seen this occur a number of times especially since you have to back onto the bus ramp to load the EVC.

As for the buses, not all buses have the lift for the EVC so you may have to wait slightly longer for a bus to take you to and from your destination.

    Have a magical trip!
