We are planning to be at WDW in May and planning on getting the dinning plan. Can you use the dinning meal plan for the food at the International Flower and Garden Festival? If so does it count for a grab and go meal or snack? Thanks

    Hi, Kevin!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

You've chosen a fantastic time of year to visit Walt Disney World Resort! The pleasantly mild weather and the Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival are an absolutely magical combination! Yes, you can use your Disney Dining Plan snack credits for many menu items at the Garden Marketplaces in World Showcase. Using your Dining Plan snack entitlements to taste your way around Epcot's World Showcase is really a great value. Follow the link above to download the official Festival Guide and for more details on the Garden Marketplace kiosk offerings.

If you'd like to see the full menus for the Garden Marketplaces - including the specific small plates, beverages and desserts that qualify as Dining Plan snack credits - visit the independent website AllEars.Net. On the home page, just click on "Marketplace Menus" under the section "2013 Epcot Flower and Garden Festival."

It's important to know that Disney Dining Plans cannot be added to vacation package reservations at time of check-in at your resort. You'll need to add a Disney Dining Plan to your reservation at least 72 hours (3 days) in advance of your arrival at Walt Disney World Resort.

Wishing you a delicious culinary adventure, Kevin! Please don't hesitate to write me back with any other questions before your trip. I'm a big fan of Epcot and the Flower & Garden Festival!
