    We are planning on visiting WDW around the end of November 2012. In the past has Disney offered any specials around this time? If I book now and a special becomes available later, will WDW let me apply any special discounts?

    Welcome to the Mom's Panel, Erin! We're glad you're hEAR! November is a great time to visit Walt Disney World!  Disney did offer discounts on select dates during the month of November in 2011. The unofficial website mousesavers.com has an informative page with the "Historical Listing of the Walt Disney World Discounts." You can look there and see what discounts were offered the past few years. You most certainly can book your Walt Disney World vacation package or room reservation now and have a discount applied if one does become available. That is exactly what I would do to ensure that you get  a reservation at your resort of choice, especially if you are looking to travel during the Thanksgiving holidays.
