We are planning to visiting WDW again this year but on Thanksgiving week. I know that every park and resorts are decked out in decorations. Are there any restrictions or rules on visiting other resorts?

    Hi Pablo,

I have visited Walt Disney World twice during Thanksgiving week. You are correct that all the holiday decorations will be hung by then. It's so beautiful, the most gorgeous time of the year at Walt Disney World.

I love going to visit the Disney hotels to see the unique decorations at each resort. There are some restrictions about participating in activities at hotels that are not your own (the main one being that you can only swim at your own hotel's pool), but there are no restrictions about simply visiting the other hotels. You are welcome to tour the hotels to your heart's content, admiring the decor, and perhaps sampling some of the holiday gingerbread for sale at the Grand Floridian, Contemporary, or Beach Club resorts.

    Have a wonderful visit!
